Yesterday October 18th was my last day as a Social Worker/Case Manager. Like many other Americans I was faced with one of three choices. Get the jab, submit a medical or religious exemption request or face disciplinary action and or termination.

How did we get here? How did we let the powers that be speak mere words/directives without congressional approval or a written plan/rule dictate us? How can governors and health authorities enact said directives? Why do our employers comply? What happens if I/we stand up against these words? These are questions every American should be asking themselves.

I chose, fabricated and submitted a fourth option to my employer as my exemption (see my letter/exemption request in this post). Watch my video to hear my story and learn why I chose this option.

RE: COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Select Staff

_____Executive Management Team, Managers and Board,

The state of _____ has unconstitutionally mandated you to mandate me to get vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine that only has EUA from the FDA. Management stated in an email dated 09/13/2021 that “_____ takes the health of our employees and those we serve seriously and will comply with this mandate. All employment decisions will be done lawfully and without discrimination. If staff are not fully vaccinated by October 18th, or do not have an approved exemption on file, their employment with _____ could end”. 

A keyword in the above referenced statements is lawfully. This mandate unlawfully infringes on individuals (my) constitutional rights. This mandate also violates the Nuremberg Code since the COVID-19 vaccines were rushed, are experimental in nature, without proper testing and only approved under Emergency Use Authorization. As referenced in the Nuremberg Code a person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. 

You offered potential medical and religious exemptions that may or may not be approved by management and legal counsel as stated in the email. Although I am religious I have a right to my religious freedoms and do not/should not have to disclose those rights nor explain them as they are constitutionally protected. I do not qualify for a medical exemption so that is not applicable. If I was medically exempted that is private information that should not have to be disclosed. So consider this my exemption request on a constitutionally protected basis. You are hereby notified that I will not comply/consent to a COVID-19 vaccination nor potential/future COVID-19 testing if required for unvaccinated individuals.
